Absolutely. We have extensive experience with close-tolerance and complex configurations, and we can hold lathe tolerances to ±.00015 and milling tolerances to .001 tru-position.
Yes. We specialize in difficult-to-machine castings and forgings. At N&P Precision Machine we design and build all of our own workholding fixtures, working in close collaboration with our in-house CAD/CAM programming department. This teamwork approach maximizes production efficiency, minimizes the chance for costly machining errors, and allows us to deliver top quality components on time.
Yes. We offer full CAD/CAM services with the ability to translate all standard digital files and datasets.
